Dr. Cameron Puls

Physical Therapist & Owner of

Premier Rehab and Training

After developing chronic back pain early in his career, Dr. Cameron refused to accept that pain was just something you learn to live with. That experience drove him to pursue an extensive and ongoing commitment to continuing education — including a fellowship in complex spine conditions — and develop an approach built around finding the root cause of pain, not just managing symptoms.

Since founding Premier Rehab & Training in Bangor, Cameron has helped active adults get back to hiking, traveling, and living life on their own terms. His passion is helping people 45+ stay strong and mobile for the things that matter most — whether that's a weekend on the trails or keeping up with their grandkids.

Dr. Grey Edberg

Physical Therapist

After years of pushing his own body through marathon and triathlon training, Dr. Grey understands firsthand what it means to want to stay active — and how frustrating it is when pain or injury gets in the way. That experience shapes how he works with patients. Grey specializes in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, and his focus is always on finding the root cause of what's holding someone back — not just managing symptoms until the next flare-up.

Since joining Premier Rehab & Training, he has helped active adults get back to the sports, activities, and everyday moments that matter most. Whether you're training for a race or just want to keep up with life without pain, Grey is committed to helping you get there and stay there.

Is This Workshop For You?

This workshop is designed for active adults who want to get back to traveling, hiking, and staying active without their body holding them back.

  • You've already tried PT or chiropractic care without lasting results

  • You can't hike more than 3 miles due to pain - or the fear of it

  • You modify exercises or skip them altogether because of back pain

  • You've been told by your doctor to "stop doing it if it hurts"

If you want real, practical strategies from two experts — not generic advice you could find anywhere — reserve your seat today.

Back Pain Is Rarely Just A Back Problem

If your back has been painful or tight for 3+ months, the real issue is likely coming from somewhere else.

Things like:

  • Stiffness in your rib cage or your breathing mechanics

  • Stiffness in your hips

  • Your center of gravity is too far forward

When these factors are not addressed, the back takes on more stress than it should.

That's why symptoms may improve temporarily with things you've tried... but the pain keeps coming back.

Why the "Traditional" Approach Falls Short

Most people we see have already tried:

  • Generic physical therapy

  • Long plans with chiropractors

  • Injections and pain medications

  • Stretching, core strengthening, or massage

These approaches focus on the pain management, not the movement solutions

What You’ll Learn:

  • Why common back and hip pain treatments haven't worked for you

  • Your root cause of back pain through 3 quick movement tests

  • The next best steps to get back to hiking, working out, and enjoying life pain-free
